Do you take small orders?
Yes. No minimum order value for furniture-only enquiries. For mixed furniture and materials, we suggest a starting point of
around USD 8,000 to make freight economical.
Can I use my own fabric or material?
Absolutely. We accept customer-owned material (COM) for upholstery and can match a physical sample for stone, tile and
timber.
How is shipping handled?
We handle export documentation, container loading and delivery to the port or door. You get one delivery plan and one
tracking contact.
What if something arrives damaged?
Every checkpoint is photographed before packing. Claims are handled by the same project manager who ran your order, with
replacement parts shipped in the next available container.
